Service Operations Excellence Specialist supports Service Operations Excellence Manager and Service operations management in the frontline to implement ensure compliance and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems.
What will you be doing
- Responsible for usingandanalyzingKPIs to improve daily operationsaccording to agreed focus areas
- Identifyand proposeconcrete improvement actionsbased on analysis.
- SupportService Operations Excellence ManagerandregionalServiceOperations Managersinsettingand following-up targets according to Field Operations Management Model
- Train SupervisorsandServiceOperationsManagers in usageofService toolsandprocesses
- Responsible for route optimization capacity planning maintenance profile optimization in the FL
- Identifyand collect potential improvement ideas andcontribute to the future development plans of global methods
- Hands-onsupportto new deploymentstheimplementationutilizationand constant improvement of the KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools to become part of daily operations ( / DMP FSM MAP Traction Control operational reports Supervisor Role and Mobility 24/7 and VAS services etc.)
Are you the one
- Educational background: University degree (.) in BusinessEngineeringor equivalent
- Experience in Project Management and benefit realizationis seen as an asset
- Prior experience in Business Performance Management is seen as an asset
- Change Management skillsand experienceis seen as an asset
- Goodcommunicationskills
- KnowledgeofService operations tools and processes
- Prior Experience of ERP or other reporting solutions is seen as an asset
