Job Summary

E-Logic is seeking a skilled M365 Developer to support the development customization and maintenance of Microsoft 365 solutions for a federal client. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of the Lead Developer to build scalable applications and workflows that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Build applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
Customize SharePoint Online (lists libraries SPFx components).
Support Microsoft Teams integrations and collaboration tools.
Assist in integrating M365 with external systems and APIs.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing solutions.
Participate in requirements analysis and technical design sessions.
Ensure solutions comply with federal security and data protection requirements.
Document technical solutions and maintain system configurations.
Support testing deployment and post-production maintenance.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 development.
Hands-on experience with:
SharePoint Online.
Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate).
Microsoft Teams.
Experience with JavaScript HTML/CSS and REST APIs.
Understanding of cloud-based architectures (Azure is a plus).
Ability to work in a team environment and follow technical direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with compliance standards (NIST HIPAA etc.).
Microsoft certifications (PL-400 MS-600 etc.).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
