Build D365 CRM Integration with other systems using tools like Azure Data Factory Power Platform connectors and custom APIs
Troubleshoots and resolves D365 CRM issues optimizing performance and data integrity
Provides enduser training and support ensuring smooth adoption of new features
Stays updated on latest CRM features and best practices proactively suggesting improvements
Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements translating them into technical solutions
Creates clear technical documentation and userfriendly guides
