Business Intelligence Developer (Business Analytics Advisor) CuraScript SD

As a Business Intelligence Developer you will transform complex data into clear trusted insights that help our teams improve efficiency reduce cost and better serve patients and partners. This is a hands-on high-impact role for an analytics professional who is curious collaborative and energized by turning possibility into progress.
Location: This role works out of the Tempe AZ office location
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable analytics and reporting solutions that shorten time to insight reduce manual effort and support confident decision-making across the business.
Partner closely with business leaders data management and technology teams to define requirements align on metrics and ensure analytics solutions meet real-world needs.
Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources to enable self-service reporting advanced analytics use cases and future data platform initiatives.
Apply strong data quality validation and governance practices to ensure outputs are accurate consistent auditable and decision-ready especially for pharma-facing and operational reporting.
Identify and implement automation opportunities across recurring reporting data preparation and validation to improve reliability and efficiency.
Provide thought leadership on data modeling approaches metric definitions and analytical standards to promote consistency across teams.
Act as a trusted analytics advisor by translating complex data and technical concepts into clear insights recommendations and stories that drive action.
Navigate SAP S/4HANA and Fiori environments to locate data document functional requirements and collaborate with IT through clear design documentation and Solution Manager tickets.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and enterprise reporting.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing reports using SAP BusinessObjects and Web Intelligence.
Proven experience working with SAP data including the ability to navigate SAP S/4HANA and Fiori environments.
Experience working with enterprise databases such as DB2.
Strong understanding of data quality governance and validation practices in regulated or operational environments.
Ability to independently take analytics initiatives from intake through development testing validation and production deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in data visualization and insight storytelling.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau Alteryx and Databricks.
Familiarity with modern data platforms self-service analytics or cloud-based data ecosystems.
Experience influencing data standards metric definitions or analytics best practices across teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
