Position Overview
Serra Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. We currently have two openings: one full-time and one part-time.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment can multitask effectively and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Provide accurate pricing and product information
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
- Support team operations during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Availability to work rotating Saturdays
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Schedule Options
- Full-Time: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (with rotating Saturdays)
- Part-Time: 3:00 PM 8:00 PM (with rotating Saturdays)
