Sr Associate - Marketing

Overview
We are looking for a proactive Senior Associate Marketing to support demand generation programs and marketing operations. This role works closely with growth leadership service/practice heads and marketing stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns build account intelligence and drive marketing automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate is execution-oriented analytically minded and comfortable working with modern marketing and sales intelligence tools. The role also requires proactively identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve research campaign execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support campaign planning and execution in collaboration with sales leaders service vertical heads and marketing stakeholders
Plan and execute email and lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation platforms including audience segmentation scheduling and performance reporting
Contribute to multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives
Conduct market and competitor research using secondary sources to support campaign planning and strategic targeting
Map target organizations and key personas for outreach and account-based campaigns
Build and maintain high-quality marketing databases and distribution lists using sales intelligence platforms
Monitor news signals and developments related to high-potential accounts customers and partners
Prepare presentations campaign materials and internal reports to support marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance and contribute to campaign reporting and optimization
Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to automate market mapping database research campaign reporting and operational workflows
Requirements
48 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably within technology services or software organizations
Experience planning and executing email campaigns using marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with CRM platforms preferably Salesforce for campaign tracking and lead management
Hands-on exposure to sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo
Understanding of demand generation and account-based marketing concepts
Strong research analytical and organizational skills
Exposure to Google Analytics is preferred
Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
