Prior experience in service/ BPO industry - Has prior customer handling experience. (voice would be an added advantage)Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency: Commerce Graduate Good Communication Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office skill - Additional Management or finance related course would be an added advantage. Capabilities: Domain expertise (F&A AR) Good communications skills Analytical ability Detail oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in different shifts Special Role (Customer Specific Requirement) - Exposure to Accounting in D365 ERP system
