We are looking for a focused perceptive and result-driven Tmall Flagship Store Operations Supervisor to serve as the core executor and team leader for store operations. Tmall Flagship Store Operations Supervisor will be fully responsible for planning executing and monitoring daily store operations focusing on boosting traffic conversion rates and customer experience ensuring efficient implementation of all operational strategies and being accountable for core operational metrics.
Operations Execution Monitoring
Manage daily product listings page optimization activity scheduling/removal and basic store maintenance. Closely monitor core store data including traffic conversion rate average order value DSR score etc. identify issues in a timely manner and drive optimization.
Traffic & Promotion
Develop and implement monthly promotion plans; proficiently operate promotion tools such as Zhitongche Gravity Cube Wanxiangtai etc. Optimize keywords target audiences and delivery testing finely control promotion costs and improve ROI.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and implement daily marketing activities and platform-wide major promotions (e.g. 618 Double 11). Be responsible for activity registration page coordination resource acquisition and performance review.
Data Analysis & Review
Analyze data from Business Advisor daily/weekly/monthly and generate data reports. Diagnose store health through data analysis propose actionable optimization plans and conduct in-depth reviews of campaign performance.
Team Collaboration & Guidance
Collaborate efficiently with marketing design customer service and warehousing teams.
Competitor & Market Intelligence
Regularly analyze competitor moves industry trends and new platform rules to provide market support for adjusting store operation strategies.
TP Operator Management
Understand the profit structure of third-party operators effectively manage and coordinate with the flagship stores TP operator to ensure sales strategies are implemented.
QualificationsKnowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Tmall backend operations and optimization logic of major promotion tools (Zhitongche Gravity Cube etc.).
Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills; skilled in Excel and Business Advisor for data analysis.
Familiar with platform activity rules and mechanics; competent in marketing copywriting and proposal drafting.
Strong goal orientation and excellent execution skills to drive projects forward efficiently.
Good logical thinking problem-solving and learning abilities.
Team player with basic coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Experience:
10 years of e-commerce operations experience including 3 years of hands-on Tmall/Taobao store operations experience. Successful track record in leading or playing a key role in bestseller launches major campaigns or traffic growth.
Education:
Bachelors degree or above; majors in E-commerce Marketing Statistics or related fields are preferred.
