Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to beresponsible for the territory sales bookings building and managing customer relationships and promotion of companys image and products. Managing the sales channel performance.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop and execute key account / territory management program to create more business.
  • Lead and manage sales channels to achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts.
  • Manage the sales channel to ensure the effective coverage of customers and penetrate new customers or industries.
  • Train sales channel to improve their skill to meet the KPI.
  • Countries covered: One of region / industry of China.
  • Require 40-60% travel time on customer visit and channel management.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager or company.

  • You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving unexpected situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.
For This Role You Will Need:
  • Engineering degree preferably in Process Control Automation & Instruments Mechanical Engineering or materials.

  • 5 years sales experience in control valve industry or chemical process industry.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Develop and execute business opportunities.

  • Basic communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
