Job Description
1负责区域内现场管理持续提高现场8S质量生产力
2分析和排除设备及设施简单故障在规定范围内调整设备设施参数以达到最优生产结果
3根据SOPGMP及EHS相关要求完成日常生产操作达成项目产量质量目标
4负责区域内员工培训及考核及员工技能提高包括试用期员工管理
5负责区域内员工目标设定绩效评估及面谈
6根据生产计划安排人员排班合理分配资源完成生产线任务
7跟踪实施制剂区域内的改善活动并进行评估
8及时处理现场发生的异常情况并调查原因负责CAPA的实施
9负责制剂SOPFORM更新起草变更偏差等文件负责批记录及其它记录的审核
10确保良好地激励生产团队及其他职能良好的合作关系
11完成上级领导交办的其他任务
