- Entry to developing individual contributor who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects programs and processes in support of assigned business leader/organization. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Administration & Secretarial field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.
- Assist in the establishment and implementation of programs and innovative initiatives aligned to organization needs under direct supervision.
- Contributes to less complex components of projects programs or processes.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in support of increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinates projects meetings conference calls and travel prioritizing deadlines and conducting appropriate follow up.
- Carries out communication techniques and applies standards for internal and external correspondence meeting management and customer service.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
