Únete a nuestro equipo como HR Business Partner Proyectos Sudamérica donde desempeñarás un rol clave en habilitar la entrega exitosa de grandes proyectos de capital y crecimiento en toda Sudamérica. Este rol de HR Business Partner Banda G trabaja en estrecha colaboración con líderes senior de proyectos para traducir la estrategia del negocio y de los proyectos en estrategias integradas de personas asegurando una ejecución efectiva a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.

El puesto se desarrolla en un entorno de proyectos complejo y dinámico y brinda soporte a múltiples proyectos y transiciones incluyendo fases de rampa inicial ejecución y transición a operaciones.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Actuar como asesor/a estratégico/a y coach de confianza en Recursos Humanos para Directores de Proyecto y equipos de liderazgo senior en proyectos de Sudamérica.
  • Traducir los objetivos de los proyectos y del portafolio en estrategias integradas de personas fuerza laboral y capacidades.
  • Proporcionar insights prospectivos de personas identificando riesgos oportunidades y compensaciones que impacten en la entrega de los proyectos.
  • Liderar e influir en iniciativas de diseño organizacional planificación de la fuerza laboral y gestión del cambio alineadas con los hitos del proyecto.
  • Diagnosticar y abordar necesidades relacionadas con cultura compromiso y capacidades de liderazgo en entornos de proyectos complejos.
  • Actuar como punto de escalamiento para temas complejos de personas fuerza laboral y relaciones laborales asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos y los requisitos regulatorios locales.
  • Coordinar soluciones integrales punta a punta colaborando con Áreas de Especialidad Servicios Compartidos y proveedores internos de servicios.
  • Aportar retroalimentación e insights para la mejora continua de marcos políticas y procesos de . en el contexto de proyectos.
  • Contribuir a la agenda más amplia de . y Proyectos mediante el intercambio de lecciones aprendidas promoviendo consistencia y resultados a nivel empresa.

Lo Que Aportarás

  • Debe contar con una licenciatura en Recursos Humanos Administración de Empresas o un campo afín.
  • Debe contar con un mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en liderazgo.
  • Experiencia reconocida en HR Business Partnering a nivel senior (Banda G o equivalente) idealmente en entornos de proyectos ejecución de capital minería o industrias afines.
  • Sólidas capacidades en diseño organizacional estrategia de fuerza laboral y liderazgo del cambio.
  • Capacidad demostrada para acompañar influir y desafiar constructivamente a líderes senior.
  • Experiencia comprobada gestionando complejidad riesgos y prioridades competitivas con múltiples grupos de interés.
  • Fuertes habilidades de colaboración y capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en contextos multiculturales y geográficos diversos.
  • Enfoque comercial y analítico con habilidad para transformar insights en acciones prácticas.

About the Role

Join our team as HR Business Partner Projects South America where you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of major capital and growth projects across South America. This Band G HR Business Partner role partners with senior project leaders to translate business and project strategy into integrated people strategies ensuring effective execution across the full project lifecycle.

The role operates within a complex fast-paced project environment and supports multiple projects and transitions including ramp-up execution and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor and coach to Project Directors and senior leadership teams across South America projects.
  • Translate project and portfolio objectives into integrated people workforce and capability strategies.
  • Provide forward-looking people insights identifying risks opportunities and trade-offs that impact project delivery.
  • Lead and influence organisational design workforce planning and change initiatives aligned to project milestones.
  • Diagnose and address cultural engagement and leadership capability needs in complex project environments.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex people workforce and industrial relations matters ensuring alignment with company standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end HR solutions by partnering with Areas of Expertise Shared Services and internal service providers.
  • Provide feedback and insights to continuously improve HR frameworks policies and processes in a projects context.
  • Contribute to the broader HR and Projects agenda by sharing lessons learned and driving consistency and enterprise outcomes.

What Youll Bring

  • Must have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience.
  • Recognised expertise in HR Business Partnering at a senior level (Band G or equivalent) ideally within projects capital delivery mining or industrial environments.
  • Strong capability in organisational design workforce strategy and change leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Proven experience managing complexity risk and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures.
  • Commercial and analytical acumen translating insight into practical action.
