Este rol de HR Business Partner Banda G trabaja en estrecha colaboración con líderes senior de proyectos para traducir la estrategia del negocio y de los proyectos en estrategias integradas de personas asegurando una ejecución efectiva a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
El puesto se desarrolla en un entorno de proyectos complejo y dinámico y brinda soporte a múltiples proyectos y transiciones incluyendo fases de rampa inicial ejecución y transición a operaciones.

About the Role
Join our team as HR Business Partner Projects South America where you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of major capital and growth projects across South America. This Band G HR Business Partner role partners with senior project leaders to translate business and project strategy into integrated people strategies ensuring effective execution across the full project lifecycle.
The role operates within a complex fast-paced project environment and supports multiple projects and transitions including ramp-up execution and transition to operations.

The Battery Materials unit is comprised of the Borates operations in US the Jadar Project in Serbia and the Rincon project in Argentina leading in mining borates and lithium for a more sustainable future. The Rincon lithium project is a large undeveloped lithium brine project located in the heart of the lithium triangle in the Salta Province of Argentina an emerging hub for greenfield projects. It is a long-life scalable resource with one of the lowest carbon footprints of lithium assets in the world. This acquisition is a significant further endorsement of our commitment to the battery materials sector and lithiums role in a low-carbon future.
