About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized entrepreneurially-minded Project Manager / Personal Assistant to help lead and execute a portfolio of exciting projects at the intersection of education technology gaming and film & TV development. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments can wear many hats and is passionate about bringing creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day progress of an AI-powered test prep website (currently in development) coordinating with the tech team to ensure timely delivery
Lead the production of a college admissions-themed videogame from concept to launch
Support the development and execution of film and TV projects as needed
Manage timelines deliverables and stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously
Keep the founder focused and informed through weekly briefings dashboards and priority reports
Identify blockers and proactively solve problems before they escalate
Conduct research draft communications and manage project documentation

Ideal Profile

3 years of experience in project management executive assistance or creative production
Familiarity with EdTech gaming or film/TV industries is a strong plus
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is a big plus
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Spanish
Comfortable using project management tools
Self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
Passionate about education storytelling and technology
