Purpose: The Deliver Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery operations across the South Hub region ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role acts as a key interface between regional leadership cross-functional teams and local delivery units driving performance compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Delivery Leadership:
- Lead and manage delivery operations across the South Hub ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional strategies.
- Performance Management:
- Monitor KPIs SLAs and delivery metrics to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Planning Logistics Customer Service) and external partners to optimize delivery outcomes.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve customer experience.
- Team Development:
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing delivery team fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to safety regulatory and company standards across all delivery activities.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on delivery performance challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years of experience in delivery logistics or operations management preferably in a regional or multi-site role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proficiency in delivery management systems and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
