What Youll Do
- Respond quickly to inbound internet leads phone calls and customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to new leads past customers and unsold opportunities
- Generate interest through follow-up and cold outreach
- Set appointments for the sales team and help ensure customers show up
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate customer information (name phone email)
- Work closely with sales and marketing to support promotions and campaigns
- Deliver a professional friendly experience that reflects the Ford brand
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of customer service sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
- Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computers CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated goal-driven and positive attitude
- Automotive experience is a plusbut well train the right person
