Job Description: Customer Experience Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients inquiring about real estate services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification customer service is a plus.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling customer inquiries effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $35 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $50 per hour
  • Currency: USD
