Job Description: Customer Experience Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients inquiring about real estate services.
- Assist customers with inquiries issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification customer service is a plus.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling customer inquiries effectively.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $35 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $50 per hour
- Currency: USD
