JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of ourCreative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents ranging from Creatives Influencer Marketers Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.

As Account Director across our creative services you will be establishing and maintaining the best possible relationships with our biggest clients and you will be able to grow the revenue (for DEPT and the client) of the accounts based on the best consultative advice.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Develop go-to-market strategies new service propositions and pitches;
  • Convince clients to work with DEPT by asking the right questions at the right time;
  • Utilize your sales experience and build solid relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Drive strategic and sustainable client development and have a significant influence on the companys growth;
  • Development management and KPI-driven planning of complex digital client projects and journeys - you will not only focus on the profitability of your budgets;
  • Communicative interface between our existing clients on the one hand and our cross-functional teams of creatives and strategists on the other;

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experienced Account Director with at least 7 years of agency experience.
  • You have a passion for digital marketing know how to convince others with your sales talent and have the ability to give clients the best possible advice
  • Have great communication skills (verbally and written) and the ability to persuade;
  • Are experienced in working on pitches;
  • Are ambitious results-oriented and know how to plan and organize;
  • Are fluent in English and preferably also fluent in Dutch;
