Responsibilities

• Guide Agile teams as they use Takedas Agile Framework to adopt new ways of working through multiple Agile methodologies including Kanban Agile Scrum and SAFe.
• Advise technical leads on staffing mobilizing activating and sustaining Agile teams.
• Coach and Mentor Product Managers/Owners Scrum Masters and team members as they work to improve team dynamics velocity psychological safety and delivery of value.
• Aid Scrum Masters and Agile team members in the use of Jira Confluence and other internally supported tools to manage Agile projects.
• Assess best practices and determine necessary adjustments to improve team agility.
• Support Product Managers and Functional/Chapter leads to maximize team effectiveness through structures that incorporate best Agile/Lean practices.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelors degree in relevant field or other relevant work experience.
• 10 years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
• Thorough understanding of OKRs Scrum Kanban and/or SAFe methodologies.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal and ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
• Experience developing learning content using recognized instructional design methodologies.
• Business mindset coupled with intense intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others to move toward common goals.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital technologies.
• Understanding of latest digital trends and direction of digital innovation.
• Knowledge of Jira Microsoft Word SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English language

Preferred

• Healthcare and Life Sciences industry experience desired
• Industry-recognized Agile and / or DevOps Qualifications
• Preferred Technical Degree (or equivalent experience).
