Key Focus: Beta Defect Management Release Coordination and PMO Alignment

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager with a strong Scrum background to lead the coordination between our Engineering Testing and Professional Services (PS) teams. You will be the primary point of contact for BETA defects and image releases ensuring that show-stopper issues are resolved and that product enhancements are delivered in alignment with client Go-Live schedules.

Requirements

Agile Expertise: 8 10 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of JIRA and EPIC/Story linkage.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to perform defect pattern analysis and translate technical issues into business impact.
Delivery Focused: Strong experience in PMO functions specifically tracking product delivery against client-specific Go-Live dates.
Communication: Exceptional orchestration skills-the ability to lead high-pressure calls with cross-functional stakeholders.
