Job Summary
Synechron is looking for a proficient Java Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining high-quality Java applications that support organizational business goals. The Java Developer will contribute by writing clean efficient code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Java programming language (Java 8 or higher) with strong hands-on experience

• Java frameworks: Spring Hibernate Struts solid working knowledge required

• Java development tools: Eclipse IntelliJ IDEA NetBeans practical experience with at least one IDE

• Databases: MySQL Oracle SQL Server experience in design implementation and management

Preferred:

• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit TestNG)

• Exposure to containerization or cloud deployment (optional)

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop test and maintain reliable and scalable Java applications aligned with business requirements

• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to design software solutions that balance performance and maintainability

• Write clean maintainable and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner ensuring system stability

• Keep informed on latest advancements in Java and related technologies applying relevant updates to projects

• Participate in code reviews knowledge sharing sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
