Job Summary

Overview

The Application Systems Analyst provides support for all systems that exist within the Revenue Cycle/Patient Management Solution portfolio for PAM Health. This position will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with the PAM Health Business Owners of the solutions within the portfolio as the IS Business Partner. Must have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and commitment to delivery at the highest level of quality. This is an exempt position. Up to 70% travel required.

Responsibilities

I. Job Responsibilities

Data analysis both charges and clinical

Application specific tasks such as combines ADT analysis and troubleshooting (room class changes billing corrections)

Design documentation and education materials specific to Charge Entry and personnel that utilize ADT entry

Create training classes and be able to lead them

Manage incidents from Service desk software

Report writing (not programming)

Coordinates and manages projects associated with portfolio solutions

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Training: Bachelors degree preferred (preferably in Computer Science or Business Computer Information Systems or similar extensive experience)

Minimum Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery of technology solutions specifically in the Healthcare Provider industry. Experience in delivery of Revenue Cycle and Patient Management solutions.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Admissions knowledge

Understanding of HIM/Case Management processes

Ability to work with all departments that use EMR enterprise applications including OP and IP

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to interact with confidence at senior levels of the organization

Up to 70% travel required (Weekend travel required to include holidays if necessary)
