The Senior Specialist Paid Search supports Cornerstone Brands
(Ballard Designs Frontgate Grandin Road Garnet Hill) and will execute and optimize paid search campaigns across our portfolio of brands. You will play a key role in day-to-day account management campaign reporting and budget stewardship. You will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
Where Youll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester OH office several days per month. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What Youll Do
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Bing and other platforms to achieve performance targets.
Oversee daily account operations including keyword management ad copy testing and bid strategies.
Monitor budgets track spend and ensure campaigns stay within financial parameters.
Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports providing actionable insights to the Senior Manager Paid Search.
Collaborate with analytics creative and brand teams to support campaign innovation and effectiveness
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
3 years experience in paid search account management preferably in retail/e-commerce. Agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in Google Ads Bing Ads and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics).
Strong attention to detail analytical skills and ability to deliver results with speed and accuracy.
