Job Summary
Securities Services Operations is embarking on a multiyear program to deliver strategic improvements through the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As the AI Vice President you will drive the effective implementation of strategic initiatives across business operations and technology partnering with stakeholders to define requirements design scalable solutions and execute endtoend delivery. You will steward governance of the AI portfolio manage risks issues and dependencies produce executiveready communications and enable operational efficiency and scale across the organization.
Required Qualifications

- Design solutions that can scale across operations and deliver measurable value to the organization.
- Own endtoend execution: plan scope schedules and scorecards; track status from initiation to delivery in line with program management standards.
- Support overall governance of the AI portfolio ensuring consistency of messaging and reporting and adherence to standards.
- Produce clear communications and artifacts throughout the project lifecycle including process flows business cases gap analyses governance materials futurestate models and executiveready updates.
- Manage analyze and track project status; escalate project risks issues and dependencies; drive resolution to closure.
- Balance nearterm needs with longterm strategy; implement pragmatic interim solutions until target state is ready.
- Enable operational efficiency and scale by supporting solution rollout across Operations.
- Handle various adhoc requests on a daily basis with urgency and discipline.
