Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of project management principles with a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex projects. This role requires leadership communication and organizational skills to drive projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and deliver projects on time within scope and within budget.
- Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve project goals.
- Develop project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrections as needed to adhere to timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders managing expectations and providing updates.
- Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Conduct project meetings ensuring effective participation and outcomes.
- Prepare detailed project documentation for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Mentor and train junior project staff fostering a collaborative team environment.
Essential Qualifications
- 10-15 years in jeavy civil construction.
- Project Manager background.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and management.
- Prior experience in mentoring and developing project teams.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $180000 - $200000 annually
