At MGID we empower brands and publishers to collaborate transparently through our privacy-first targeting technology. This enables advertisers to drive performance and awareness while allowing publishers to retain and monetize their audiences. Today we are creating unique technologies and with your help we aim to reach even higher.
We are looking for an experienced and talented Publisher Success Manager who will be responsible for relationship-building with publishers in Brazil.
What Youll Do:
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market
- Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients
- Optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation
- Constantly being in contact with the publisher to support and respond to needs from the clients side
- Negotiate regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions
- Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross departments
Requirements
Who you are:
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills dedicated to exceeding client expectations
- Strong communication skills efficient interaction with different personality types
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian digital market
- Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
- Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends
- Masters/Bachelors Degree (Marketing International Relations International Business Communications preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Client Service roles
- Connections with local publishers media groups and warm contacts in Brazil
- Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
Languages proficiency:
- Native Portuguese
- Fluent English
