IT Program Manager (x2)

Location: Remote in LATAM (Brazil Preferred)

Duration: 24 months

Pay rate: $30 - $35/hr on W2

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Scrum Master and Program this dual role you will be responsible for leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master while also managing multiple projects and programs to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products with a focus on execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews demos and retrospectives as the Scrum Master.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
• Collect and report scrum metrics.
• Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on delivering value.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets as the Program Manager.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks issues and dependencies across projects.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Program Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software. (SDLC experience is a must).
• Experience leading teams that develop platforms and tools and secure software.
• Ability to work across functions and collaborate with different departments.
• Ability to work with US teams and have flexibility for US meetings.
• Experience supporting US enterprise clients and customers.
