Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Two years of experience evaluating analyzing researching and developing health care services policies and programs.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Masters degree in Health Sciences Health Care Administration Public Health Public Policy or closely related fieldfor one year of the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Doctorate degree in Health Sciences Health Care Administration Public Health Public Policy or closely related fieldfor the required experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing and maintaining productivity metrics and statistical reports (e.g. cases reviewed per FTE unit-level output) to monitor progress against operational backlogs and identify specific workflow bottlenecks.
- Professional experience performing complex data cleaning validation and manipulation within large-scale health care databases (e.g. MMIS).
- Experience exploring large datasets to reveal patterns correlations anomalies and errors.
- Advanced proficiency in data synthesis to respond to high-priority leadership inquiries.
