Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a LeadHost & Assistant Manager position located at Fulton Alley in New Orleans LA. We are seeking a personable detail-orientedLeadHost & Assistant Managerto join our vibrant team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment has strong communication skills and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth professionalism and genuine hospitality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for private and corporate events
- Manage day-of event execution including setup team coordination and guest services
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure seamless and memorable events
- Collaborate closely with management and service teams to maintain Fulton Alleys brand standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hosting event coordination or hospitality preferred
- Strong multitasking organizational and communication skills
- Availability on nights and weekends is required
- Outgoing friendly personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fulton Alleys grooming and dress standards at all times
