Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a servant leader to a dedicated HR team. Lead guideand support the Human Resource team including Compliance & Benefits Manager and Talent Acquisition Supervisor.
  • Drive accountability engagement and company culture.
  • Align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Oversee compliance employee relations and benefits administration.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
  • Operate with autonomy and confidence taking the initiative to solve problems before they surface.
  • Take a genuine interest in employee experience and engagement. Use soft skills and communication to build trust across departments.
  • Support recruiting strategies evaluate complex background checks and ensure hiring aligns with company standards and values.
  • Partner with Business Manager to support payroll and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws workmans compensation claims benefits administration (including ACA/401k) and internal HR policies.
  • Provide timely clear and actionable HR updates to leadership and staff.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of HR leadership experience
  • Strong communication conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and results
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • SHRM certificationrequired
  • Experience with HRIS systems and background with payroll processing preferred
