57 years of experience in industrial machining or metal cutting sales preferred.

Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets.
Skilled in coaching performance management and talent development.
Living in the region of responsibility is required for this role.
Strong understanding of CRM systems analytics and digital engagement tools.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region.
Experience as a sales leader in a manufacturing industry is required.
