We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business System Analyst (BSA) to join our team for a project focused on designing and enhancing an application for stock prices updates price targets research and related financial data.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team ensuring that the application meets business needs regulatory requirements and user expectations.
The BSA will play a critical role in gathering requirements analyzing processes and delivering solutions that align with the organizations goals.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders product managers and end-users to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Conduct workshops interviews and brainstorming sessions to understand the needs for stock price updates price targets and research integration.
Translate business requirements into clear concise and actionable technical specifications for the development team.
Process Mapping and Workflow Design Analyze existing workflows related to stock price updates research dissemination and price target calculations.
Design and document optimized workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in data processing and user interactions.
Data Analysis and Integration Work with data teams to define data sources data flows and integration points for stock prices market updates and research reports.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance with financial industry standards.
Collaborate with data engineers to define APIs and data pipelines for real-time stock price updates.
Application Design and User Experience Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for displaying stock prices research reports and price targets.
Ensure the application provides a seamless user experience for traders analysts and other stakeholders.
Regulatory and Compliance Alignment Ensure the application adheres to financial industry regulations such as SEC FINRA or other relevant compliance standards.
Document and communicate compliance requirements to the technical team.
Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team.
Provide regular updates on project progress risks and challenges to stakeholders.
Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment on project goals.
Testing and Quality Assurance Develop and execute test cases to validate that the application meets business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of stock price updates research integration and price target calculations.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback from and Training Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements
