Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist:
- Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly ensure the reception area is tidy and professional and manage visitor logs for security.
- Communication Hub: Answer screen and forward incoming calls while taking accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle filing photocopying scanning and faxing; manage incoming/outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
- Scheduling & Scheduling: Update appointment calendars book meeting rooms and coordinate travel or accommodation arrangements for staff.
- Office Operations: Maintain inventory order office supplies and coordinate with vendors or maintenance staff for office upkeep.
Key Skills Required:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for professional interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and office equipment like printers/scanners.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a polite positive and confidential demeanor at all times
