Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Welcoming guests warmly providing information about hotel amenities and handling local inquiries.
Check-in/Check-out: Verifying guest identity assigning rooms and issuing keys/cards.
Reservations Management: Booking modifying or cancelling reservations using hotel software.
Financial Transactions: Processing payments handling cash and preparing invoices.
Communication: Answering phones managing emails and coordinating with housekeeping/maintenance.
Problem Solving: Resolving guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills including telephone etiquette.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software (PMS) and general computer skills.
Multitasking: Ability to work in a high-paced environment under pressure.
Organization: Maintaining an tidy and organized lobby area.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
