About the Role:
This teams primary purpose is to support Motor Claims Customers who have a vehicle that has been determined to be a total loss / write off. They do this by completing the total loss valuation and administration process (including WOVR) after a Motor Assessment decision.
The role is accountable for proactive claims management (including processing and handling insurance enquiries where applicable) in accordance with legislative regulatory and procedural guidelines whilst maintaining a commercial focus that will ensure the achievement of assessing costs timeliness and quality objectives.
What Youll Do:
Ensuring claims are managed effectively and in a timely manner
Application of business methodologies to determine vehicle valuations
Prepare claims in readiness for claim settlement
Track progress and follow up claims
Ensuring correct pathing of claims to support timely claim progression and customer outcomes
Processing claims in accordance with legislative regulatory and procedural guidelines.
What Youll Bring:
Computer literacy and navigational skills using multiple systems simultaneously
Motor Vehicle Enthusiast
Motor Trade Qualifications Panel beating Spray painting Mechanic (desired)
Knowledge of motor claims and assessing industry
Customer Management Complaint Management.
