Plaintiff Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Philadelphia PA (On-site)
Pay: Starting at $100000 annually Salary BOE
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Additional hours based on court schedule)
Our Client in Philadelphia PA is seeking a Plaintiff Litigation Associate Attorney with 35 years of experience to join their firm. This direct-hire role involves managing a personal injury caseload. Candidates must be proactive skilled in civil discovery able to take and defend depositions and comfortable working independently or with partner supervision. Trial mediation or arbitration experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advance a personal caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases.
- Conduct civil discovery; take and defend depositions.
- Prepare legal documents case evaluations and settlement demands.
- Attend hearings mediations arbitrations and trials as needed.
- Work independently and collaboratively with firm partners.
Candidate Requirements
- 35 years of plaintiff litigation experience.
- Strong civil discovery and deposition skills.
- Pennsylvania law license required.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours per court schedules.
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
Benefits:
After one year of service - MDJL 401(k) plan which includes MDJL contributing a safe harbor contribution of 3% of attorneys salary and compensation to the plan which is capped at an amount by federal statute on a yearly basis.
