Location: Fort Myers FL
Shift: 10-Hour Day Shifts (Variable Start Times: 6:30 AM 10:30 AM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to support both adult and pediatric surgical services. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative experience the ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment and flexibility with scheduling and floating requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care for a variety of surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms instruments and sterile environments
- Assist surgeons during procedures across multiple specialties
- Monitor patient condition before during and after surgery
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
- Pediatric (PEDS) experience Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
- Experience with Epic EMR Required
- Degree accreditation required OR minimum 5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- CNOR Certification Preferred
- Prior travel experience Highly preferred
