About the Opportunity:
The Adventure Ahead
As our Multiligual Content Consultant you will be the visionary architect behind the learning strategies of the worlds most forward-thinking companies across the EMEA market. Youll partner with our Presales and Customer Experience teams to transform how organizations digest information turning off-the-shelf content into a bespoke superpower for growth. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting your mission is to serve as the resident expert on the eLearning industry ensuring our customers dont just buy a platform but master their entire content ecosystem.
The Day-to-Day
Decode the Vision: Lead deep-dive discovery calls with prospects to uncover their organizational maturity and align their content needs with high-level business goals.
Curate the Experience: Act as a master curator by identifying the perfect off-the-shelf content pieces and formats that will solve specific client use cases.
Showcase the Future: Deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Docebo Content Marketplace bringing our AI-powered capabilities to life for potential clients.
Strategize for Success: Collaborate with Sales to craft customized proposals that blend technology and content into a winning roadmap for L&D success.
Be the Trusted Voice: Serve as a strategic advisor to both new prospects and long-term customers guiding their content journey through expert best practices.
Scan the Horizon: Stay ahead of the curve by attending industry conferences gathering competitive intelligence and scouting the next generation of top-tier content vendors.
Shape the Roadmap: Influence Docebos overarching content strategy by feeding real-world insights back into our internal product and partnership teams.
Your Superpowers
Multilingual Mastery: You possess full professional fluency in English and French; proficiency in German is highly preferred and any additional European languages are a major plus!
Consultative Excellence: You bring 3 years of experience in solution selling or consulting with a proven track record of helping organizations achieve their goals.
Articulate Influence: You have world-class communication and presentation skills with the ability to turn complex content theories into clear actionable ideas for diverse audiences.
Content Expertise: You have a deep nuanced understanding of eLearning content styles industry providers and the modern learners appetite.
Analytical Rigor: You are a natural problem-solver who uses data to drive decisions and organize complex projects with ease.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team-based environment moving seamlessly between partnering with Account Executives Solutions Consultants and Account Managers.
Tech-Savvy Foundation: You are highly proficient in the Google Suite and comfortable navigating modern SaaS ecosystems.
Bonus Points
L&D Insider: You have a professional background specifically in Learning and Development SaaS or direct experience working within an LMS.
Toolbox Knowledge: You are familiar with content creation tools like Lectora Articulate Camtasia or Captivate.
