As a NeuroLeadership Consultant youll be involved in pre-sales designing and delivering client engagements and helping to develop and nurture accounts.
Youll use science and creative thinking to change behaviours in our clients organisations.
Requirements
Heres a bit about who you are and what youll be doing:
You have 5 years of experience serving corporate clients as a human capital expert
You fluidly and successfully lead engagements with senior executives and are comfortable working at all levels within an organisation
You are passionate about science and particularly neuroscience
Responsibilities
You execute corporate consulting initiatives in the area of diversity and inclusion performance culture and/or leadership
You align business strategy with talent solutions and apply research to an organizational context
You are able to operationalise a clients strategic vision to produce tangible outcomes
You thrive in a dynamic workplace possess a resourceful solution-oriented approach and appreciate the opportunity to contribute to something great.
