Are you intellectually curious and motivated by ideas Do you want to create insights that are widely used by executive leaders worldwide Gartner is searching for an India-based Sr. Specialist to join our Gartner for HR Professionals team within the Content Lifecycle COE.
This opportunity gives exposure to a range of strategic and management topics. This individual will produce a wide range of written deliverables for HR professionals that require qualitative and quantitative methodologies strong collaboration skills and clear and compelling business writing. They must be intellectually curious and have the desire to quickly develop subject matter expertise to address our HRP clients critical issues.
What you will do:
- Produce a mix of insightful and thought-provoking content anchored in strong positions that influence HR professionals decisions and produce content that drive user engagement and retention
- Responsible for synthesizing Gartners best insights and positions to develop fresh timely insights designed to help HR Professionals solve critical challenges and elevate their organizations performance.
- Synthesize inputs to identify trends and patterns to inform new impactful highly viewed insights that lead to themes keynotes and more
- Develop positions using appropriate evidence (including an evidence plan as appropriate); validate with data and rational arguments. Share early and often pressure test and iterate. Conclude strong positions with actionable recommendations
- Design engaging and meaningful visuals for publications.
- Independently create key deliverables including: white papers articles presentations and webinars guidebooks templates how-to guides.
- Ensure the use of facts (data human intelligence) to build content plans to support current client needs fuel sales and service and support conferences/events.
What you will need:
- Masters (MBA Sociology History HR Philosophy Literature etc.) degree in fields such as management social science sociology etc.
- 3-5 years of content creation and/or management consulting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and relay ideas engage clients and work in global teams.

- Proven competence for meeting deadlines multi-tasking and managing work under ambiguity and with changing priorities.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Aspiration to constantly learn and improve.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and manage projects and stakeholders effectively
- Proficient in MS Word PowerPoint and Excel
