Job Description
Ability to retain and apply knowledge gained during the training
a. Answer phone to respond any customer queries
b. Knowledge of client Policies & Procedures
c. Assist customers on Technical inquiries
d. Asks customer Discovery questions to fully understand their needs and issues before offering a solution
e. Project a professional company image through phone & email interaction
f. Provide customers with product and service information
g. Provide assistance with regarding to customer service issues as well like troubleshooting installation of the product etc..
h. Transfer customer calls to the appropriate department if required
i. Escalate the call to the next level if required
Qualifications :
Any Graduate / Higher Secondary / 3 years Diploma
