Job Summary

Profile:EYP/Pre Primary-School-Surat-30k

Experience:1-2 years in Pre-Primary / Early Years teaching

Salary Range: 20k to 30k

Roles:

Plan and deliver engaging play-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences
Support holistic development: social emotional physical cognitive & language
Foster curiosity creativity independence & problem-solving through activities
Differentiate teaching as per individual child needs and developmental levels
Implement concept-based thematic curriculum with active student participation
Integrate early literacy numeracy & life skills into daily learning
Encourage exploration questioning hands-on learning & reflection
Maintain assessments: observations portfolios anecdotal records & reports
Use assessments to plan and support individual child growth
Create a safe inclusive nurturing & stimulating classroom environment
Set up learning centers for collaboration exploration & independence
Establish routines and apply positive behaviour management strategies
Support emotional well-being self-regulation & social development
Collaborate with coordinators co-teachers & staff for curriculum planning
Participate in training school events & continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong parent relationships and communicate child progress regularly
Conduct PTMs workshops & encourage parent involvement

Qualification: Any Graduate
