Job Summary
Profile:CFO-Construction-Surat-20 LPA
Experience:
- 8years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Mandatory experience in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure industry
Salary Range: 1.25 LPM - 1.67 LPM
Roles:
- Lead overall financial strategy planning & budgeting aligned with business goals
- Manage project-wise costing budgeting billing cycles & profitability tracking
- Ensure effective cash flow management fund allocation & working capital optimization
- Oversee statutory compliance including GST TDS Income Tax ROC & audits
- Develop strong MIS financial reports & dashboards for management decision-making
- Handle banking relationships project funding loans & financial negotiations
- Monitor financial risks implement internal controls & ensure compliance frameworks
- Drive cost control initiatives & improve financial efficiency across projects
- Supervise accounts finance & billing teams and ensure process discipline
- Coordinate with auditors consultants & government authorities
- Support management in strategic decisions expansion planning & investment analysis
Qualification:
- MBA Finance preferrable
- Strong understanding of construction finance taxation & compliance
- Knowledge of project accounting & contract-based billing
