Job Summary

Profile:Client Coordinator-Textile-Surat-40k

Experience:3 to 4 years in client coordination / sales coordination / textile industry preferred

Salary Range: 30k to 40k

Roles:

Manage client communication via emails & calls (Mail Management)
Strong follow-up with clients production & dispatch teams
Handle complete back-office operations related to orders
Act as an assistant to management for coordination & reporting
Coordinate internally with sales production & logistics teams
Maintainreports order tracking & documentation
Manage small internal team / coordinate with team members (if required)
Handle client coordination & ensure smooth order execution
Resolve queries & ensure timely updates to clients

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email coordination
