Your tasks
- You support our global team throughout the entire employee lifecycle from day one to the next big career step
- You are the go-to person for all People-related topics including contracts development onboarding and offboarding team events and payroll coordination
- You manage and maintain our team data in Personio ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays up to date
- You support and help oversee payroll processes working with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance
- You organize team events and make sure our culture and values are not just words but truly lived day to day
- You bring fresh ideas to your own projects whether its process optimization people development recruiting or payroll improvements and make a real difference
Your skills

- You hold a degree in Business Administration HR Management or a comparable qualification with 3 years of relevant experience
- Employment law and payroll processes are familiar territory for you
- Youre experienced with tools like Personio and are fluent in English additional languages are a plus
- You have a strong eye for detail work with precision and are highly reliable
- You understand that culture isnt written on paper its lived. You actively help create a connected and inclusive team environment
