- Log all interactions accurately in the User Success CRM system
- Provide clear guidance to teachers and school representatives
- Escalate technical or unresolved issues to superiors
- Follow defined call quality and compliance standards
- Be up-to-date with existing/new software solution features and raise concerns to superiors.
