Role : Functional - Domain Consultant (Demand Planning & Supply Chain Planning)

Business Consultant Demand Planning & Supply Chain Planning
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP Planning modules(preferably Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning or similar top-tier ERP systems such as SAP APO/IBP Oracle EBS JDE).
Must haveparticipatedinat least 2 end-to-end ERP Planning module implementations(Demand Planning Supply Planning Production Scheduling).
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and support Oracle Cloud Planning module implementations (Demand Planning Supply Chain Planning Production Scheduling).
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements analyze gaps and design solutions within Oracle Cloud Planning.
Configure test andvalidateplanning modules in Oracle Cloud ERP.
Provide functionalexpertiseduring workshops CRP UAT and go-live support.
Identifyand implement enhancements aligned with best practices in planning processes.
Participate in review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Required skills:
Business Level Japanese language skills (Speaking Reading Writing)
Strong functionalexpertisein Planningdomains:Supply Planning Demand Management Replenishment Planning Production Scheduling Sales and Operations Planning and Supply Chain Collaboration
Exposure torelated Oracle Cloudmodules:-Order Management Shipping Execution Supply Chain Orchestration Manufacturing Inventory Procurement Suite Costing Shipping Execution
Preferred Skills:
Business communication skills in English
Experience in Consulting and Implementation forCore Manufacturing Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud Oracle EBS SAP APO/IBP JDE Infor.
Ability to work independently customer-focused and self-driven.
