Regulatory Operations function within EC&O supporting regulatory compliance through innovation automation and cross-functional collaboration. The team partners closely with business areas to uplift regulatory capability embed effective controls and support consistent highquality regulatory outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Execute control testing in line with defined testing methodology and standards

• Gather analyse and document control evidence to assess operating effectiveness

• Support identification of control gaps weaknesses and improvement opportunities

• Maintain accurate and complete testing documentation work papers and records in relevant systems

• Assist with preparation of control testing reports dashboards and insights

• Contribute to continuous improvement of control testing processes tools and templates

Must have

• Experience in risk compliance audit or controlrelated roles (or strong analytical background)

• Exposure to control testing assurance or regulatory processes

• Strong attention to evidence quality documentation and analytical reasoning

• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities

Nice to have

• Exposure to control testing audit risk or compliance activities in a regulated environment

• Familiarity with evidence review data analysis or documentation standards

• Experience using spreadsheets dashboards or systems to support analysis and reporting

• Interest in regulatory frameworks risk management or control effectiveness

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
