Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product tools or equipment.
- Should be able to establish new Manufacturing process specifications capable to meet the Quality requirements.
- Should have worked with Composite manufacturing process such as VARTM RTM and Epoxy components.
- Should be familiar with BOM Configuration Management New Product Development New Technologies and Process Optimization.
- Should be Able to work in challenging work environment and work towards continuous improvements. Should drive the continuous improvement activities with lean concepts like Poka yoke Lean Standard work cost and waste reduction.
- Should be actively involved with PFMEA Control plans Visual Aids for easy manufacturability.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree- Engineering from reputed institute (Mechanical Polymer Industrial Engineering) with Strong Knowledge of Composites and 8 years of proficient knowledge in Wind Blade manufacturing process
- Six Sigma Knowledge desirable
