Job Summary
Prepare electrical system designs including power distribution lighting earthing and backup systems for airport facilities.
Develop single line diagrams (SLD) load calculations cable sizing and equipment layouts.
Design and coordinate HT/LT systems substations transformers DG sets UPS systems and emergency power supply.
Design airfield lighting systems (AGL) including runway taxiway and apron lighting.
Ensure compliance with ICAO DGCA NBC IS codes and local electrical standards.
Coordinate with architectural civil MEP and airport planning teams.
Prepare BOQs technical specifications and tender documents.
Review vendor drawings shop drawings and technical submittals.
Provide technical support during construction testing and commissioning.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality safety and adherence to design.
Implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions (LED lighting smart controls renewable integration).
Qualifications :
B.E./ (Electrical)
1015 yrs total min 5 yrs in airport projects
