Job Summary
Join the team at Comfort Suites Fresno River Park as a Hotel Front Desk Agent where you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional service to ensure a pleasant stay. This position offers part-time or full-time opportunities primarily covering 2 PM to 10 PM shifts with flexibility for AM and overnight shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while handling all necessary documentation.
- Answer phone calls respond to inquiries and manage reservations.
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Process payments and balance cash drawers accurately at the end of shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or hotel front desk role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and overnight.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
